At Seattle Coffee Gear, we want you to love your brew; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return most new, unused equipment within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Our goal is to ensure you find the perfect machine or accessory to elevate your home coffee experience.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging, includes all accessories, and is in like-new condition to qualify for a return within our 30-day window.

  Request an RMA

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request and receive your unique return shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully pack your equipment in its original box and an outer shipping carton, then attach the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item at our facility, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 to 7 business days.
